  2. The people of the Commonwealth of Australia are the sovereign people therefore the people own it. The land to the Crown, who hold it in care for the sovereign people of the Commonwealth of Australia. An attempt has been made to make Australia a corporation by vested interests and have been operating as a Republic. as a corporation you would lose your common law rights and would have no rights as the corporation would own everything. Check, you will find the Australian corporation is registered in USA under US. While we elected Parliaments to carry out the Will/Mandate of the people, the politicians have been governing in the interests of factions and international countries. I believe the contracts they have signed are invalid as they would need to go before the people. It is an interesting thought that once the people tak back their rights and power these contracts would not be the people’s so those entering the agreement would need to sue the parties involved. An interesting thought don’t you think.
I am fighting a council to show where it gets its authority to sell off public lands and assets. It claims its authority comes from the invalid 1975 Victorian constitution. It refuses because it knows that it cannot produce the evidence.
A simple question but it cannot answer.

    • Hi John,
I believe you are the John Wilson from Melbourne and not the one from Sydney.

“The people of the Commonwealth of Australia are the sovereign people therefore the people own it. ”

This is not correct. The COA is a legal entity on the US SEC owned by the banksters. The COA owns NOTHING to do with Australia. Australia is owned by the Originies. All land. All houses…all fixtures on the land of Australia is owned by the originies. Period.

The lie that the COA owns Australia and the newbies who live on the land of Australia own it is a lie.

There are very few people in Australia as well informed as me…shame they do not like to be educated.

      • A couple of months ago, I saw a legal looking document on the web pertaining to this, now I can’t find it. I think it was on a US site. Do you know what site by chance ?
It was something to do with “who owns Australia”(and it sure isn’t us !)

      • See my response to John Wilson’s post. To accept the very concept of land ownership, is to accept the right of invaders to set up a legal system replacing any local laws. To argue on the basis of the introduced laws is to accept these laws and the right to impose them. If you say that there has been no official surrender, and therefore the the original laws still apply, then it follows the war is not over. I think if full-scale hostilities recommence, an actual official surrender would be not long in coming; the indigenous Australians simply do not have the resources and numbers to claim victory, sad though this fact might be to many. If you are recognising that the laws of the Australian and US governments apply, you are already recognising surrender by the indigenous people, which means their old laws do not apply unless the victors agree.

Bear in mind that the people who were the cruel and heartless invaders, were just as cruel and heartless to the masses of their own race. It was not an entire race that invaded Australia, and an entire race has not by any means inherited the spoils claimed by those victors. Most of us are paying rent just to have a place to be.

      • Thanks John. It is true, the implication of fighting against something only magnifies and amplifies its strength. One cannot fight against something which is not real, or do not exist.
