My name is Stan. I am a retired Sergeant of Police in Victoria for 14 years. I was also a police prosecutor at times, so I know what I am talking about. I spent half my life in Magistrates Court during my time in the Force. I was only ever a very fair copper, and I am proud of my time in the job, looking after the interests of Victorians, often to the detriment of my family and my health.
I never booked any driver for a trifling offence “ever”. People committing trifling offences commonly used to get a warning and a licence / vehicle check. It had to be serious before I booked anyone.
I am so annoyed at what is happening these days, in what I call “Indiscriminate revenue gathering” It is absolutely disgusting. The government and the Police Force need to hang their heads in shame. If you did a survey of current serving members of the police forces in this country, you would be hard pushed to find many who disagree with me.
I know how the legal system works, and I know how to beat the system. This is how to do it, and if about 10% of all drivers booked follow my specific instructions, then the entire system will crash and become unworkable to the extent, that the government will have no choice but to stop issuing fines for every type of traffic offence. The whole lot of them. Seriously.
I do not feel guilty about coming out with this information, as I think it’s about time someone stood up for hard working, civil minded, law abiding taxpayers in this country, who are being screwed.
This is very simple and very basic. The idea is to clog up the system in the traffic camera office and the courts by drivers exercising their rights to remain innocent until proven guilty.
SIMPLE BASIC LEGAL STEPS TO FOLLOW…………….
1. Do not accept the alleged offence. There are numerous valid reasons to dispute every single alleged offence. Often the charges are incorrect or the evidence is illegally or incorrectly gathered.
2. Challenge it, tell them that you are going to defend the matter. Make them earn their miserable $150 or $200 or whatever. They have to prepare evidence and witnesses. Just the wages for the camera operator or the Policeman on the day of the court, will be more than the actual fine. You are also taking a camera operator or a member of the Police Force off the street for the day. But it won’t get to that point…..read on….
3. If a court date is ever set, and it does not suit you, do not accept it, ask for a delay to a time and place that suits you.
4. When they re set the date, delay it as often as possible. keep pleading not guilty all through the process. You have every right to be sick, or go for an adjournment if the day does not suit for any legitimate reason. For example you may have pressing family or work commitments which prevent you from attending a particular court on a particular day.
5. If it ever actually gets to court, (which is unlikely if everyone does this) and if you are unwell that day, ring the court in the morning and tell them that you cannot make it as you are sick. The camera operator, and a police prosecutor will already be at court, and will be greatly inconvenienced, by having to come back another day. The whole time this is going on, the amount of paperwork involved at the traffic camera office is huge. Several staff are involved, and it rapidly becomes very costly, probably running into thousands. …..with me so far…..keep reading…….
6. The court system is then placed under such a massive load by people who wanted “their day in court” that it simply will not be able to cope unless they open up about another 50 magistrates courts, and this is obviously going to cost the government a lot more than any revenue raised. If all the above fails, which is highly unlikely….and you actually go to court and get convicted……you have a right of appeal. Make sure you appeal the conviction. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to see what happens. They are not going to spend millions chasing hundreds.
7 Tell everyone you know to challenge their alleged offences, and the entire system will crash within a few weeks.
8. Please pass this on. AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY AND THAT THERE IS A VERY HIGH PROBABILITY THAT THE EVIDENCE USED AGAINST YOU IS WRONG. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO CHALLENGE ANY ALLEGED OFFENCE. THIS IS WHY COURTS EXIST….SO USE THEM……A LOT.

When they approach you, they already legally (but not necessarily lawfully) PRESUME authority and jurisdiction over you and if you do not disabuse them of this presumption in the first instance then their presumption legally stands and you have effectively acquiesced to their authority and jurisdiction.
You need to politely greet them and then calmly tell them that you have not granted them ANY authority over you and that since you are not a member of the government nor are you carrying out any functions of government as an agent or otherwise, that you are not within their statutory jurisdiction and so, unless they have reason to suspect that under Common Law you have either A: committed, B: are in the act of committing or C: are about to commit a CRIME (not a statutory offense but a CRIMINAL act with corpus delicti (a “body of crime” wherein there is or has been loss, injury or harm)) then you have nothing further to discuss with them and then politely bid them a good day.
If they then proceed to make threats etc’ you could if you feel safe enough warn them that should they exceed their statutory authority and cause any loss, injury or harm to YOU then you will have no hesitation in bringing PERSONAL lawsuits against them in civil case/s. If they DO then arrest you, you should indeed carry out your promise and bring a civil case but do it Pro-Se ….. NEVER trust attorneys/solicitors/lawyers unless you know them personally and are absolutely certain that they really do know how to put the judge and the prosecutor in their place and lay down the law in a case which should be structured ready to go to appeal (jurisdictionary.com is a very good site to learn how to win lawsuits).

I have issued a Lawful Notice to ALL police in Australia in April 2011. I can assure you there is not a single serving police officer who is not now classified as a criminal.
We will be putting ALL serving police officers through trials. From most we will remove their property. They will not be getting their pensions. It is over for police officers. They have no excuses for what they are doing.

I agree this is a great idea it is my phylosopy in all matters family law, or chid support or child abuse or famil violence and family counsellor reports and solicitors advices and carriage of cases. All the same as fines should be challenged and tested for legal and factual authenticity and ethical carriage.
But Peter and Stan I am saddened to find blokes are too much quitters just when they need to get going. Remember when the going gets tough the tough get gowing is just the point when blokes ‘surrender’instead of fronting up to the likes of dishonest public servants.
Almost every family law or child support or Etc case I find evidence of most or all offices and solicitors with a hand on the case tell lies. Many times worse than the arena Stan is familiar with the eqaivalent to writing up fake tickes and like they do with ‘restraining
orders’ simply on the ‘request’ of mostly untuthful females.

A fine can only be imposed by a judge in lieu of a prison sentence after you have been found guilty by a judge and jury of a crime. Traffic offenses are not crimes, they are misdemeanors. A police officer or a camera operator can only allege an offense. They cannot find you guilty by suspicion.

As of the 1st of July 2012, Traffic ‘Convictions’ now show up on a National Police Clearance. When a ‘Traffic Infringement’ is challenged in court, it automatically becomes a ‘Traffic Conviction’. Traffic Convictions are far more serious than Traffic Infringements even though the offence remains the same.
I tried to get a job in the Army Reserves but they didn’t let me in because I challenged 3 measly speeding fines in court and now they show on my National Police Clearance as Traffic Convictions.

When I was 19 I was given a ticket for speeding. I was riding my motor bike. This was in 83. I know I was not speeding because I was drunk and I was going slow so as not to be pulled up for drink driving/riding.
Anyway. I said to the cop I was not speeding and he was lying. He laughed at me and said “well take it up with the courts”. So I did. I went to court. The magistrate asked me what happened. The he asked the cop what happened.
The cop lied about what happened. So I told the magistrate that the cop just committed perjury and I demanded he be charged with perjury. The magistrate said “when it is the word of a police officer against the word of a civilian he takes the word of the police officer”. I pointed out that a man was innocent until proven guilty and that perjurous testimony was no basis on which to find any man guilty of anything. i was very indignant to be called a liar based on nothing at all.
Over the years I have told that story to more than 100 cops. Every time a cop tries to tell me “there are a few bad apples” I tell him “BULLSHIT…I sat in a court and a cop committed perjury, he knew it, I knew it, the magistrate knew it. And you know what? I bet EVER COP knows a cop who has lied under oath to get a conviction for something like a traffic ticket….do YOU know a cop who has done this?”
And you know what? EVERY COP I HAVE EVER ASKED SAID YES. He knew a cop who lied under oath to get the verdict so as to not have to admit he lied. EVER SINGLE COP.
So then I would say “You KNOW specific cases of perjury yet you remain silent…and silence is consent…you you are just as guilty as that cop. That means NONE of you guys are clean. You are ALL CRIMINALS because it is a crime to know of a crime and not to ensure justice is done…..so do not give me this bullshit about a few bad apples….you are ALL bad apples….and you will do nothing about it.”
And you know what? I have NEVER had a cop argue the point with me on that. They just hang their heads like the vermin they are. They know they are accessories to perjury….every single one of them…….
That is why they ALL have to go. There will be no pensions for ex cops. They will be thrown into the street as they have thrown so many other men into the street. We will have ALL NEW peace officers…perhaps many of the men cops victimised will want their jobs.

In your book you mention Shakespear and a statement from one of his works, “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”. Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t he also write, in Henry the sixth, something along the lines of “Kill all lawyers”.
This comes from one of Jordan Maxwell’s you tube videos that I saw some time ago, and is probably more for your readers than yourself, as you are probably already familiar with it.
All American Law is collected in what’s called Corpus Juris Secundum. Within that volume, it is stated:-
Attorney:- Officer of the court. His first duty is to the court (BAR) and to the government and NOT to his client.
If you hire an attorney you are known as a client, by law.
Client:- A client is one who applies to an attorney or lawyer for counsil or advice in matters of law. A client is also called a ward of the court.
Blacks Law Dictionary defines ward as:- a minor (infant) or a person of unsound mind.
Jordan Maxwell’s summing up, after presenting the above information, is:- if you hire a lawyer you’re an idiot.

I do believe he did, yes….I failed english at school so I was not paying much attention. And you are correct. Lawyers make OATH to serve the best interests of the LAW SOCIETY which is a satanic criminal cult. So when you walk into a court the two lawyers and the judge are UNDER OATH to serve the LAW SOCIETY.
And they do this by creating conflict between people and then offering the “service” of settling the dispute. All legislation is intended to create division, create conflict, create disputes so that the satanic criminals in the LAW SOCIETY and their buddies in the guvment can keep people squabbling among themselves and therefore remain compliant slaves.
Indeed the guvment will even PAY PEOPLE to create these false accusations. I currently have a case running in Germany where a customs officer is being paid her salary to bring the false claim against me that the german guvment has jurisdiction over me…and they claim the only way that this matter can be settled is in one of their courts……the whole thing is such an obvious scam once you understand what is really going on.
This is why I am calling for new courts…the ones in existence are meant to oppress us.

Here are two australian federal police officers witnessing the crime of impersonating a magistrate…and witnessing the theft of my house…they did NOTHING. I warned BOTH officers that david dunkley was going to commit the crime of impersonating a public officer and told them I expected them to arrest him….These two men are SCUM. They are VERMIN. They are to my left rear in this video.
I will take from them EVERYTHING they own for their dereliction of their duty caught on video.

To commit murder is a vialation of any man/womman/childs basic right. The same basic right you are asking to blindly follow here. Doesnt that make you guilty of not praticing what you preach ? I use the word “preach” not for religious reasons but because of your obvious commitment and belief in what you claim to be correct. You dont have to be a brain surgen to figure out why you are hiding in germany, a place which was once guilty of one of the biggest government and military acts of genocide known to human kind, an offence that you refuse or fail to mention. Surely a man of your stature and belief would not prostitue your very own believes and excistance just to reside in a place guilty of such attrosities. I think a little more reaserch on your behalf is warrented as your claim is proven by your own words to be nothing more than religious proppaganda. You are a believer in dictatorship, not free-will and are hiding you own beliefs behind the curtan of a viable arguement about mans basic right. Why are you involved in the spending of 500 000 fighting for something you claim should be free ? is it because you may be wrong ? You started off almost correct, and by using similar basic rules, I was able to challenge and win my own fight for freedom in Australian court. Not once did religion come in to play, nor would anyones solemn oath on behalf of the excistance of god have any more right in court as you claim to have, as “religion” and “religious beliefs” are nothing more than ones own perception of what they believe to be right or wrong, Not the basis for common law. You claim all police are pigs and deserve to be killed for there involvement in the distortion of common law, and attempt to justify this with your own personal beliefs in religion, and not actual facts. Doesn’t this make you guilty of the very same offence, and thus your execution warrented ? and when you are standing blindfolded in the firing line awaiting to be shot, who would you call for ? your god, or your protectors of the peace ?

If I knew I would make sure I slowed down and therefore made the road and myself safer. Not just another sneaky fine for unknowingly speeding.
Any information would be appreciated as I would like very much to challenge the revenue raising system.

As far as traffic fines. You don’t have to pay a traffic fine. Indeed you don’t have to pay income tax, alimony or child support. All these things are voluntary. I am now taking on clients in these areas.

Its become about revenue, and control over the masses. someone I know got fined $1000 for his car being a month late for registration! its getting ridiculous. And just yesterday I saw a cop car with a camera/sensor attached to his rear side window that scans people’s number plates and checks their registration as he slowly drives down the street! Is this getting obvious that police are becoming tax collectors! Some people will try to justify this by saying just register your car……we are not legally required to register our vehicles. its just another tax! When you start educating yourself of the truth its simply amazing , gotta ask ourselves, how did we get here. by not speaking up, not questioning. So yes Stan is right on. to change the system, we all must speak up and the most powerful way to do this is as Stan says, overwhelm so they no longer have the control, the power is really with the people.
